XaitCPQ (enterprise): XaitCPQ partner since 2018. Go-lives with national brands including a fitness equipment manufacturer with a multi-tier dealer network. Custom quote document templates in HTML and JavaScript, email workflows, C# order confirmation automation, and ERP sync.
Proprietary CDL Engine: A Rust-based constraint satisfaction engine for requirements that standard CPQ platforms cannot handle. Built in-house for clients with truly unique product logic.
CRM Integration
CPQ without CRM is a quoting tool. CPQ with CRM is a revenue system. We connect them so your pipeline reflects reality.
HubSpot (primary): Deal management, workflow automation, CPQ sync, quote object customization, and pipeline visibility from first touch to closed-won.
Salesforce: For clients already in SFDC who need CPQ or ERP integration added without migrating their CRM. We work within the existing data model.
Custom HubSpot tooling: We have built translation pipelines for multilingual HubSpot deployments using DeepL and translation memory matching, and lead qualification scanners that analyzed 958 trade show exhibitor sites to identify HubSpot users.
Bi-directional data: Quote status, pricing, customer records. Flowing between systems in real time, not batch exports.
ERP and iPaaS Integration
Most consultants stop at the CRM. We go all the way to the ERP. We have done it with on-premise systems, cloud platforms, and everything in between.
Celigo iPaaS: Production-grade integrations connecting Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify order channels to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Order intake, inventory sync, and fulfillment flows running automatically.
n8n automation: Open-source workflow automation for Fishbowl ERP integration, charter aviation scheduling pipelines, and custom data feeds. Right-sized for companies that do not need a six-figure iPaaS contract.
Python and AWS S3 pipelines: Custom architecture for on-premise ERP environments where SaaS tools cannot reach. Python extracts. S3 stages. n8n orchestrates. The client IT team can own and operate it.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC: Deep familiarity with the Business Central API layer and data model from multiple production integrations.
Proposal Automation and E-Signature
The last mile of the quote process is where deals stall. Manual PDF handling, email threads, and lost follow-up. We automate that.
PandaDoc implementation: Automated proposal generation triggered from CPQ output. No copy-paste, no reformatting, no manual document assembly.
Salesforce e-sign integration: A custom Lightning Web Component lets Salesforce users select a generated PDF, send it to PandaDoc via API with signature blocks automatically placed, and receive the signed document back into the CRM record. No downloading or re-uploading required.
Scale without per-user licensing: One production deployment handles 150 mobile field technicians through daily work ticket e-signatures using a shared sender account model.
HubSpot deal-stage triggers: Documents generated and sent automatically when a deal hits the right stage. No manual initiation.
Customer Portals and Custom Dev
Sometimes the off-the-shelf tools do not do what your customers need. We build custom portals and applications that extend your revenue stack.
Vercel-deployed distributor portal: Built with Claude Code. Distributors get real-time quote status, approval workflows, and project visibility without calling your sales team.

Proprietary constraint engine: For clients with product logic that goes beyond CPQ platform capabilities, our Rust-based CDL Engine handles declarative constraint satisfaction with YAML-defined product rules.
