Technologies
We are not platform-agnostic in theory. We have real depth in the tools we work with. Here is what we use and why.

Enterprise CPQ for complex, rules-driven product catalogs
XaitCPQ (formerly BluePrintCPQ) is an enterprise configure-price-quote platform built for manufacturers and B2B companies with complex product catalogs. It handles multi-level pricing rules, guided selling, product dependencies, and document generation in a single platform.
Mid-to-large manufacturers with complex product lines, multi-tier dealer pricing, and ERP integration requirements. If your product catalog has a lot of interdependent options and your sales team needs to be guided through configuration, XaitCPQ is built for that.
Quick2Bid has been a XaitCPQ partner since 2018. We have delivered full go-lives including a national fitness equipment brand with a multi-tier dealer network, complex pricing logic, and automated order workflows. We build custom quote document templates, email workflows, and C# order confirmation integrations on top of the platform.
Mid-market CPQ with 3D visualization and fast deployment
HiveCPQ is a cloud-based configure-price-quote platform built for manufacturers who need CPQ without an enterprise-scale engagement. It includes a product configurator with 3D visualization, bill of materials and bill of labor generation, B2B dealer portals, and AI-assisted setup. Integrates with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and other major CRM and ERP platforms.
Mid-market B2B companies and manufacturers moving off spreadsheet quoting who need strong CPQ functionality and modern UX without a 12-month implementation. Especially useful when 3D product visualization matters for the sales process.
We use HiveCPQ for engagements where speed to value matters and product complexity is high but not enterprise-scale. Faster configuration cycles, solid API layer for CRM integration, and a clean interface that sales teams actually adopt.

CRM, sales automation, and marketing platform for B2B
HubSpot is a unified CRM platform covering sales, marketing, and customer service. For B2B companies, it handles deal management, pipeline automation, email sequences, quote objects, and reporting. It has an open API and an extensive integration ecosystem.
B2B companies that want a unified CRM, marketing, and sales platform without the overhead of Salesforce. Strong fit for manufacturers and distributors moving from disconnected tools. The HubSpot ecosystem also covers forms, landing pages, and support tickets.
Our primary CRM platform. We configure deal pipelines, custom properties, workflow automation, CPQ sync, quote objects, and dashboard reporting. We connect HubSpot to downstream ERP and e-signature tools via API and iPaaS. We have also built custom HubSpot translation pipelines using DeepL and translation memory matching for multilingual clients.
Enterprise CRM for clients already in the Salesforce ecosystem
Salesforce is the dominant enterprise CRM platform with a broad ecosystem covering sales, service, marketing, and custom app development. Its data model is highly configurable and supports complex B2B sales processes.
Larger enterprises or clients already committed to Salesforce who need CPQ and ERP integration added without a platform migration. Also relevant for field service operations running daily work ticket workflows at scale.
For SFDC clients, we work within the existing Salesforce data model and build integrations that respect current configuration. One engagement involved connecting Salesforce to PandaDoc for e-signature workflows across 150 field technicians, using a custom Lightning Web Component to initiate document sends from within Salesforce records.

iPaaS integration platform: 2025 Gartner Customers Choice
Celigo is an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) built for connecting ERP, e-commerce, and CRM systems. Named a 2025 Gartner Customers Choice for iPaaS, it specializes in high-volume, production-grade integrations between business applications. Strong coverage for Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, and e-commerce channels.
Companies selling through Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or other e-commerce channels who need reliable, high-volume integration to their ERP. Particularly strong for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environments.
We implement Celigo for multi-channel e-commerce to ERP integration. One deployment connects Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify order flows to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: order intake, inventory updates, fulfillment status, and financial data flowing without manual entry.

Open-source AI workflow automation, self-hostable
n8n is an open-source workflow automation platform that lets you connect apps and automate processes through a visual builder or code. It is self-hostable, cost-effective, and handles complex logic that simpler automation tools cannot. Supports AI workflow integration natively.
Companies that need powerful automation without a six-figure iPaaS contract. Excellent for on-premise ERP environments, Fishbowl integrations, custom data pipelines, and any scenario where a SaaS iPaaS tool cannot reach your systems.
We use n8n as the orchestration layer in Python-to-S3-to-n8n architectures for on-premise ERP environments. We also built a charter aviation scheduling system on n8n: the workflow fetches 90-day flight data from the FL3XX aviation API, transforms it to iCalendar format, and delivers live schedule feeds via AWS S3 and CloudFront to any calendar application.
Lightweight CPQ, document automation, and e-signature
PandaDoc is the lightest of the three CPQ options we work with. It includes a product catalog, pricing rules, and quote generation alongside document automation and e-signature. It is not built for complex product rules or guided selling, but for companies with straightforward products and pricing, it covers quoting, proposal generation, approval workflows, and signature in one platform.
B2B companies with relatively simple product catalogs that need clean, professional quotes and fast e-signature without a dedicated CPQ implementation. Also strong for field service and high-volume document workflows where the quote is simple but the signature process needs to scale.
We position PandaDoc as the entry point in our CPQ stack: XaitCPQ for enterprise complexity, HiveCPQ for mid-market configuration, PandaDoc when the product is simple and the priority is speed to quote and signed contract. One production deployment runs 150+ mobile field technicians through daily work ticket e-signatures via a custom Salesforce Lightning Web Component, with signed documents flowing back to the CRM record automatically.
Claude Code and Vercel for custom portals and AI tooling
When off-the-shelf platforms do not cover the requirement, we build. We use Next.js, TypeScript, and Vercel for production web applications, and Claude Code for AI-assisted development that ships faster without sacrificing quality. We have also built a proprietary Rust-based constraint satisfaction engine for product configurators with requirements that standard CPQ platforms cannot handle.
Clients who need something that does not exist in the product catalog: a customer portal, a distributor tool, a custom AI workflow, or a configurator that goes beyond what XaitCPQ or HiveCPQ can do out of the box.
A recent engagement delivered a distributor portal on Vercel, built with Claude Code, giving distributors real-time quote approval and project status visibility. We also maintain the quick2bid.ai education site, built with the same stack, and have developed a Skill Builder Prompt tool for generating AI workflow prompts.
