Safe2Bid

Playing responsibly

Whilst we do everything we can to make sure that going for those Quick2Bid prizes is fun and exhilarating, we are also eager to make sure you play responsibly.

Therefore, when you credit your account there is a minimum of £5 per transaction and a maximum of £100 per transaction. There is also a £250 limit per day that you can credit into your account.

Payment security and keeping your information safe

At Quick2Bid, we take security and trust very seriously. Therefore:

  • We are registered as a Data Processor under the Data Protection Act 1998 (reg no. Z1896939) and are governed by the strict terms of our Privacy Policy
  • Your personal information is kept securely on our fully managed offsite servers
  • We do not handle, manage or store your payment details in any way. This is managed by our partners, PayPal and SagePay – they have achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) and adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your payment details remain secure throughout. This is why you are asked to enter your card details, whenever you credit your account
  • The whole Quick2Bid website is tested for internal and external security flaws every day by McAfee Secure. Their daily approval can be seen in the top right of the screen for your peace of mind
  • All the pages that collect payment details from you are encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates

How to avoid phishing and spoofing

Whilst we are happy for you to try to get something for nothing out of us, we aren’t happy with someone trying to do the same to you!

For your security, please remember the following:

  • We will never ask you for passwords or personal info by email – we manage all communications through your controlled Quick2Bid user area
  • Remain aware and wary of all emails that you receive
  • All emails that we send to your email address are also sent to the messaging centre in your Quick2Bid user area, so that you can verify that they are authentic
  • Similarly, we will always contact you through the messaging centre on your Quick2Bid user area before phoning you, in order to identify ourselves

If you are suspicious as to the validity of any communication that appears to be from Quick2Bid, please email us on Here2Help@quick2bid.com straight away.
