Canon digital camera praised

Brits looking to enter penny auctions for digital cameras in order to take some great-looking photos could be interested in one assessment of the Canon PowerShot S95.
Cliff Smith of Trusted Reviews notes that the digital camera includes a number of new features from preceding model the S90, including in-camera HRD recording and "a very effective subject-tracking AF system".
Meanwhile, its "powerful" image stabilisation system and "fast lens" are said to make the product "one of the best cameras around for low-light photography".
A significant number of settings, including manual focus, white balance and exposure compensation, are adjusted using a control ring around the lens barrel, those entering online auctions may wish to note.
Adding that the camera is "very comfortable to handle", Mr Smith gave the product an overall rating of nine out of ten.
Earlier this month, the reviewer noted that the Panasonic FX700 offers "outstanding" performance.
