Sony unveils new mp3 player

16th September 2010

People keen to listen to music on the go may be interested in entering penny auctions for mp3 players as Sony unveils details of its latest Walkman - the S750.

Offering up to 50 hours of music playback, the firm claims that the new product "is guaranteed to turn heads with stunning sound and slim, sensational looks in luxurious aluminium".

Featuring EX vertical in-ear headphones, the S750 uses digital noise cancelling technology to cut out 98 per cent of ambient sound. And as well as playing audio and video content, the mp3 player can also serve as a FM radio and voice recorder.

Available with a storage capacity of either 8GB or 16GB, the personal music player also features a two-inch LCD screen and an adapter that allows users to listen to in-flight entertainment systems while travelling on planes.

Those looking to enter online auctions for mp3 players might also be interested in the latest iPod Nano, as Expert Reviews' Jim Martin recently claimed that Apple has "changed tack completely" with the product, which is now controlled via a touchscreen instead of a clickwheel.
