New Tetris game 'has lost none of its magic'

21st September 2010

The latest version of Tetris - Tetris Party Deluxe - offer the same addictive play as found in the original version of the block arranging game, those looking to enter online auctions for Nintendo Wii games may be interested to hear.

Writing for Stuff.tv, Tristan Donovan states that "Tetris has lost none of its compulsive and elegant magic" since its first release in 1984.

However, he points out that with the latest incarnation of the Russian game Nintendo has added "numerous twists and variations on the classic Tetris formula".

As well as the original version of the game - which includes both single and multiplayer options - Tetris Party Deluxe allows people to play using the Wii Balance Board, while another option sees gamers navigate blocks thorough a vertically scrolling maze.

Those looking to enter online auctions for Nintendo Wii games could also be interested in GameSpot's recent review of Metriod: Other M, which praised the title for its "unique and responsive" controls and excellent combat features.
