Making time for yourself 'important in work-life balance'

Employees need to make sure that they have enough time to enjoy their life outside of work, one employment specialist has claimed.
Gill Trevelyan, head of good practice services at Acas, stated that it is "important" to have a work-life balance that gives you "time for other aspects of your life".
She stressed the importance of taking lunch breaks and suggested that exercise and fresh air can help.
