LG C300 Town deemed an ideal phone for social networking enthusiasts

Those looking to update their Facebook status while on the go may want to enter online auctions for mobile phones, as one journalist states that the LG C300 Town "rocks social networking skills with messaging at its heart".

Writing for T3, Joe Minihane claims that the phone's social networking system app - which allows people to access the likes of Twitter, Facebook and MySpace and receive updates on their homescreen - is "inspired".

The menu system was deemed "foolproof", with the phone's email capabilities also being praised.

Overall, the device was given three stars out of a possible five and was said to be an ideal product for "recession-battered phone fiends".

Earlier this month, he claimed that the QWERTY panel of the Nokia E5 is "a real winner" and an affordable alternative to a BlackBerry.

However, by entering penny auctions for mobile phones, people may find that they are able to save even more money on the cost of getting a new handset.
