Nokia 5230 praised by reviewer

8th September 2010

Nokia's 5230 handset has been highlighted for possessing a number of attractive features, something that may interest those looking to enter online auctions for mobile phones.

Writing for Trusted Reviews, Niall Magennis points out that the phone has a "generously-sized" 3.2 inch touchscreen and Bluetooth support to allow pictures and other files to be transferred between other mobiles and PCs.

The reviewer goes on to state that the 5230 "has a pretty impressive resolution of 360 x 640 pixels", allowing users to view web pages in full without having to constantly scroll over and back as is the case with many of the other models within the same price range.

There is also a two megapixel camera, while it "isn't found wanting when it comes to call quality".

Overall, the phone was given eight marks out of a possible ten, although people may also want to consider the Sony Ericsson X10 mini which saw the publication give it a score of seven when reviewed last month.

By entering online auctions for mobile phones people can get their hands on some of the latest products for a fraction of their recommended retail price.
