Epson printer praised by reviewer

23rd September 2010

People wishing to enter online auctions in order to win computer accessories may want to make note of one reviewer's praise of Epson's Stylus SX425W printer.

Kat Orphanides of Expert Reviews points out that a test of the device revealed printouts to be of a good quality.

"Mono text was dark, with crisp edges to the letters, while our colour graphs and illustrations were beautifully clear and vivid," she states, with the standard of photo printouts also praised.

"Colours were accurate and lifelike, while contrast was excellent on even the most challenging images," the reviewer notes.

The device can also function as a printer and scanner, with results for each of these functions commended by Ms Orphanides.

Overall, the printer was rated four stars out of a possible five, those keen to enter penny auctions may be interested to hear.

Earlier this year, the reviewer looked at Epson's B-510DN inkjet printer, noting the quality of printouts to be "generally good".
