Sonic 4 'offers fun and addictive gameplay'

12th October 2010

Sonic the Hedgehog fans may want to consider entering online auctions for PlayStation 3 console games following one review of the latest title to feature the character.

In a GamesRadar UK article, Justin Towell notes that Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode One is "the purest Sonic game" to have been released in over a decade.

There are five zones in total, which includes a secret area, but those who are veterans of the long-running platform series may find the on-screen action on the PS3 title to be somewhat familiar as "it borrows the vast majority of its level furniture from the first three 16-bit classics".

Mr Towell adds that although he was able to complete it in a relatively short amount of time, the addictive gameplay that it offers means people will keep coming back to re-do levels that they have already completed.

"The game's greatest achievement is making the levels fun both the first time you play them and the 100th," he claims, giving it a score of nine out of ten.

Gamers may also want to enter online auctions for Pro Evolution Soccer 2011, as GameSpot UK's Guy Cocker recently claimed that the football title offers significantly better graphics compared to last year's game.
