Samsung digital camera 'is a bold new development'

The Samsung NX100 has been praised by one publication for being a "brave and exciting development", something that could interest photography lovers keen to enter online auctions for digital cameras.
Stuff.tv notes that the device sees people use control settings such as exposure, aperature and shutter speed from the i-Function lens, as opposed to using a touchscreen located on the camera's main body.
"It might turn the stomachs of die-hard purists, but in a world of same-same touchscreen interfaces, this is a bold, brave and exciting development in camera land," it claims.
The device was also noted for containing a 14.6MP APS-C sensor, as Samsung was said to claim that the NX100 will change the way people control digital cameras.
People keen on entering online auctions might also be interested in a recent assessment of the Kodak EasyShare M580. Reviewing the digital camera for Trusted Reviews, Cliff Smith claimed that the device has "a good range of features" and has a high-quality build.
