Acer Aspire TimelineX 4820TG praised for power and performance

5th October 2010

As Acer's Aspire TimelineX 4820TG has been singled out by one reviewer for its comprehensive battery life and processing power, those entering online auctions for laptops can find they can get their hands on the latest computer equipment.

Kat Orphanides of Expert Reviews states that the laptop has "very good" build quality, while its ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 graphics processor is said to make it an excellent choice for those who are looking to play games.

Meanwhile, a battery test saw the laptop last for nine hours and 39 minutes, significantly above the quoted eight hours.

"The 4820TG offers a tempting combination of processor power, gaming performance and battery life. It has a good-quality display and we have few complaints about its other physical characteristics - keyboard, touchpad and build quality," Ms Orphanides points out, as she gave the laptop the maximum five-star rating.

In July, Expert Reviews' Seth Barton claimed that Acer Aspire One D260 is an ideal netbook for those who want to browse the internet while at home.
